"I've had this place on my list before I even moved here this past summer and I finally got the chance to check it out today. I hit it right as soon as they opened because I k ow ho wbust it gets. The line was out the door by the time I left. I of course had to go with the N1: Spicy Cumin Lamb Ripped Noodles. It was cool watching them roll out and oull the noodles as I waited for my food. Just waiting I was already drooling as it smelled amazing. Waited about 15 minute for my food and then it was show time. This place absolutely lived up to all the hype! The noodles were glossy and fragrant with the lamb and spices. I took my first bite and fell in love. They were so soft and flavorful. They were definitely spicy but in a good way, my nose was running but I couldn't stop eating them. They are definitely messy so don't recommend light clothing but it could also just be me. I will for sure be returning to keep eating the noodles but would love to try their spicy lamb burger."
"Highly recommended to get the extra spicy of the Spicy & Tingly Beef Muscle Hand-Ripped Noodles. Beef is very tender."
"We visited on a Tuesday around noon. They were pretty backed up and wasn’t really able to handle the lunch crowd. People were getting a little impatient. Food: Noodles were fresh and authentic. The regular was not overwhelmingly spicy (esp for a weak sauce like me). A bit of heat and numbing. There’s more seating in the back, the front seating area is really small."
"Overall, I think Xian Famous food lives up to the hype. We had the signature spicy cumin lamb noodles, dumplings, tofu soup and the teas. Every thing was very yummy. The signature noodles was delicious and hand cut. Good flavor and unique to the local region. The cold was a good compliment to the spicy taste. Definitely recommend it as a fast dining experience."
