"I pretty much paid for water. No taste. Don't waste your money. Very rude customer service"
"This specific location needs to be closed down, or to save it get entirely new staff. The customer service is straight garbage and most of the staff have an unwelcoming attitude. I went in to place an order on 8/16/23 for two Little Star Fruit Tea. I’ve gotten it before and have came across it being inconsistent depending on who’s making it. But because I’ve order it before, I’m familiar with how it should be priced. They tried to price gouge me today and have me spend (no exaggeration) nearly $20 for two large Little Star Fruit Tea. I caught it immediately and asked why it was so much and the guy with glasses who worked there gave me a weak explanation by saying “the system is charging me this much.” Come to find out after hearing him babble through his explaining that apparently they don’t have the drink anymore (even though it’s literally being advertised in their window as I write this with no mention of if being discontinued) and that he had to build it from scratch. His solution was to charge me basically $20 for the two beverages when that total should have been $14 and change. Needless to say I walked out and don’t recommend anyone to go too this location. Whoever the owner is, get rid of your current staff before they cost you your business."
"Sadly, I'm addicted lol. I've tried quite a few boba shops and Gong Cha is one of the best boba tea's ever. I order the creme brulee flavor mainly and my daughter loves the cookies and cream w/soy milk. The creme brulee milk caps are beyond amazing, you can control the sugar and ice level, also great options. The staff is great even when I order through Grub Hub, they will call you for needed adjustments promptly."
"I was meaning to try this because I was curious about the hype. I got the medium and it was $5 and change. It was a little sweet at first but its okay. It is not something I would try again or say I feel like drinking bubble tea. It just taste like tea after awhile. The tapioca balls was chewy but bland. The only good thing is that they put alot. I ended up drinking the tea and throwing away some of the tapioca balls."
"I really really love going to this place, options are plenty and being able to control how your drink taste is such a plus, workers are lovely and pretty patient. Whenever I have the time, I make sure I can stop there before heading to work. For the price, the cups sizes are more than worth it. I've bought so many different teas at my own expense just so my co-workers can all try it out."
