"If i could give less then zero stars i would. We went to the shopping crawl and got a free bag. In the bag was a $10 pandemonium gift card. We picked out items and went to check out and they said we cant use the gift card the same day we got it. Nothing on the gift card stated that. So We put our items back and walked out. As a small business owner myself i feel that was very rude and not good business. I will never shop there again and never recommend."

"The shop gets one star only because I must provide a star in order to provide the review. All very nice and helpful until you return the product and they do not return the money to your credit card. Now I have a $200 store credit with an expiration date. Ten points off for me not seeking out a sign posted with the policy but is that worth $200? They offered to extend the expiration date but why should it ever expire? My cash is not expiring in their bank account. Why is it not just returned to me to begin with? I want to support local business but I cannot support this return policy so I won’t support the store."
