"Beautiful hike. Worth the long hike down to see everything."

"Such a beautiful trail. There’s some parking right at the start and it’s a decline hike pretty much all the way down. Not super fun to go right back up the way you came but it’s not terrible if you take it easy. The gorge itself is very lovely, Plenty of spots along the river to go swimming safely and lots of big beautiful rocks to climb on. Just watch out for snakes on the trail!"

"Great trail! Hiked it down to the Linville River. Only saw three other hikers. Go on weekdays to avoid crowds."

"It was raining pretty heavy the whole weekend, but still beautiful. Steep descent so be prepared for that. Well worth the hike down."

"Great camping sights around Conley Cove area. The trail has slippery spots, boulders to climb over, and down trees to navigate. Several cave like areas to explore along this trail. Challenging and fun hike if you are prepared for it."
