"First time I was here, the buns were ice cold... 2nd time was better but they seem to have an attitude if you ask for something. The burgers are okay. The service is not so great. If you don't want to work, don't work! Ketchup dispenser on the inside looks discolored. Not sure if it's a mold. The ketchup packets were sticky n gross. The tables and the floors are always dirty. The inside kitchen had fries and food all over the place. I wouldn't be surprised if they pick it up and give it to the customers."

"Juicy and tender burger. I was worried about trying it because I didn't like it when I tried it in Canada. Because it was dry and tasteless. But I'm glad I tried it here. The service is excellent and I also enjoyed the peanuts. Keep up the good work!"

"Great location, clean and wonderful service. It’s just your regular five guys, you know what the food tastes like. The store is big and not so busy, they did have an issue with the milkshake machine but the team member explained to me and offered other options. They have cute tables outside, worth it on a cool day."

"Just your average Five Guys. I’m a pescatarian, so I’ve only had their veggie sandwiches and fries, both of which are delicious. What makes this Five Guys slightly different is the location—it’s right by the waterfront. This can make for a very nice setting for a quick bite."
