"It was my place to go, spacious enough until they have the brilliant idea to lock the restroom NO PUBLIC. What does it mean? You drink, you eat and then where I am supposed to go outside? What about people with medical condition or taking medicine? YOU HAVE A RESTROOM! There are State laws for that inform yourself! hope that happens to one of them so they learn, pee in your pants!. Not clean either, spots all over the place and always looking for Help. Wonder why."

"It all depends when you go some workers in here are just bad and it seems like when they get a good worker the person quits. I feel like they never have donuts unless its early am. Sometimes you walk in and there are 3 to 4 workers just talking by the little convection oven and they dont realize or care people are waiting."

"They no longer allow customers to use the bathroom which is disappointing. I used to love to come here and get homework done, but without a bathroom it's not worth it anymore."

As I arrived my Charamel iced coffee was made, however I ordered a Egg sausage and cheese croissant it wasn't ready so lady proceeded to make it quickly and handed me the bag... I left got to work and bit into a raw piece of croissant I tasted the dough and it was chewy I spit it out right away and it went into the garbage. Such a waste of money. So unprofessional to hand a customer an item that was paid for undercooked and unedible. Never going back here. My stomach started aching right after."

Overflowing trash can. Floor and counter very dirty. Food establishments need to be spotless. Or at least make the effort."
