"The new phone system is getting on my nerves. I understand that they may have an influx of orders and can’t answer the phone but the new service they’re using to take the orders is obnoxious and annoying. The people ask questions I won’t wanna answer or that relate have nothing to do with the order and it’s annoying as hell."

"I love the food! I love this place!! Cheese Wonton have sweet pineapple sauce on the side. Fried wings with the hot sauce on the side is my favorite!! Eat their food all the time when I visit BK NY. I also order curry chicken with rice and beef broccoli/ chicken broccoli. Got my free soda when I order over $25."
