"Food was excellent ! Waitress was tentative!"
"Good was good. It was their last day as Mama Theresa restaurant. Staff very nice. Place is clean. Wait staff also very good! I was disappointed they couldn't give me pesto sauce as my side... not unless I paid for a dinner size. I would have paid a surcharge. They wouldn't accommodate my request."
"Mama Theresa's is an Italian eatery with three locations in Nassau County; Garden City Park, East Meadow, and Westbury, all with a nice dining area to enjoy good food. They have a thriving take out business as well. They offer a variety of salads, sandwiches, paninis, pizza, delicious entrees, and desserts. The staff is attentive and friendly. My personal favorite is their white pizza with chicken and bacon. Yummy!"
"Great local pizza/restaurant... LOVE all of these: FILET OF SOLE FRANCESE, CHICKEN VALDOSTANA, FUSILLI CASALINGA, PENNE OREGANATE, SHRIMP MONACHINA CHICKEN MARSALA (slice of pizza-meal by itself...delish) Lots of excellent choices, not too many places can say that! Try it out, lmk, I think you will definitely agree."
"We’ve ordered & eaten at multiple locations of Mama Theresa’s for years. Tonight we placed a large order and when it arrived, it was off. The tomato sauce didn’t taste right.. not the food we’re used to. The rest was fine. We called to alert the restaurant and ensure they tested it themselves, as we were concerned others were eating this sauce as well. We also asked if they could help make it right, since we had to throw out most of our food. Instead of attempting to use one ounce of customer service or hospitality, they yelled and fought me and passed me from employee to employee so I had to keep starting over - 4 separate times. They did not even attempt to entertain my concerns.. I told them I’d bring the food back, whatever they needed. I’m legitimately concerned my family is going to get sick from what we did taste before we realized it was off. It’s a shame, but will be the last time we give money to this establishment. There’s plenty of good Italian places with much better customer service that we rather support. Shame on them for alienating a long time customer instead of trying to help at all."
