McDonald's

"The services need work. They treat customer with a manor in which they dont care. Serve products quickly and unprofessionally. I've ordered here several times, and there are always issues. Employees act like they will get a bonus if they save the company for limited a 1 pack per pepper pacakage, not stir the ice coffee so the dont have to wash the spoon the use, or offer only 2 napkins on a 2 meal order. Many times, they are quick to give the order without checking so that they can get back to mingling. I had the pleasure of meeting manager Rosita, if that was her real name because there is no name tag. The lady was a very smudge person and didn't care how she treated a customer. Her concept was that you dont like it, dont come back. Again, it's not a nice mcdonalds location, and i go to several threw out the weeks."

"Management appears to be overwhelmed. Things are missing mid transaction like money in the drawer? Had to wait for change! And the iced coffee machine took about 20 mins to function ( i left without it) Poor customer service, poor preparations for drive thru customers , and a Poor attitude about it!"

"This McDonald's, located on Route 17 South in Hasbrouck Heights, is a most convenient location for travellers. It is just about a half mile south of Route 46, and near Teterboro Airport. It has all the standard features of McDonald's, but here the service always seems to be a bit quicker, which is good, especially when you're in a rush to get going. Vehicular entry and exit is quick,(especially when the lights are going your way). I found the service was good as well."

"Just bought a caramel frappe. Paid full price ,missing a 1/4 of the drink. Expressed to front staff, they acted like they didn't care and said it's up to the line. Worst ,WORST customer service ever! Will not recommend this location. Worked by amateurs. I waited for my order for more than 10 minutes. See picture."

"Recently remodeled, this McDonald's now has a more modern feel, but the color choices make it feel too cold. It's also physically quite cold in this restaurant, and has been for a very long time. I'm a firm believer the owners/mangers don't want to turn on the heat. Counters are at accessible heights now, very low to the ground, making it more accommodating to those who may be shorter or in wheelchairs. You can now order from a screen instead of going up to the counter, which is nice, particularly when this place gets crowded."
