"The food has always been cold and sloppy the handful of times I went. The service goes beyond terrible, expect to be ignored at the front counter for 20 minutes or so, have a bag shoved at you while the employee turns their back or scurries away. Also, they should really begin ensuring they actually have the stuff they sell before they charge you for it, that's happened several times and I wasn't trying to wait another 30 min on a refund. I didn't know Wendy's food was actually good til I tried it at the Manhattan side ferry terminal."
"V v v slow service. My coworker waited 10+ mins just to order! 1 of the 2 ordering machine is down. Burgers today were on drier side + not juicy at all. Tables were not cleaned."
