"OVERPRIZE food!!!!! The Spanish lady upfront that take charge is HORRIBLE and have a BAD ATTITUDE!!!!!!!! She charge the food overprice. For a small tray and small salad and a juice charge over $16 then when I want to pay seperaly the juice she still charge for the smallest and salad for over $15 I felt somehow she still charge the coconut juice for the first other and for the coconut juice she took the money. No only that, she also charge for plastic cup a $1.00 each. I am wondering if the owner know this or she is indeed stealing money from people by overprizing the food then deducted at the cashier and take the remaining money. She should be OUT !! Not only that she is extremely rude and treating the customer (those who are paying the FOOD) with disrespect and discrimination. She only respect those guys she likes and flirt all time! I don't know what's wrong with this women that take charge but she should be out from this restaurant. We don't need people like her in this country. IF this lady is not remove from this place she will make the owner loss a lot of business (customers and money) unless he do something about it and take action for this unacceptable conduct people."

"Been eating at these restaurants since they open the first location on Bay Street. The quality at the Richmond terrace store has plummeted. Went there a week ago was given the driest oldest chicken imaginable. Thought it was a one shot problem but we went back tonight my wife ordered a quart of beans literally the entire cquart as nothing but liquid there were no beans. Used to be a reasonably priced place with delicious food now the prices are very high and the food quality is terrible."

"Food was sooooo oily. I was eating straight bacalao oil. Not only that but they need people who communicate better. The ladies barely know English and some just don’t. They have bad attitudes because they don’t understand anything you’re saying or asking."

"This is one of two of the same Dominican owned Spanish restaurant. Their food is excellent. The white, yellow or black rice with pink beans is always very good. They serve chicken, beef, pork, goat and fish either fried, boiled/stewed or baked. The soups are also very good. They also offer appetizers such as pasteles, empanadas as well desserts including flan (custard pudding) and cake. The food can be eaten either in the restaurant or can be taken to go. They are well staffed with usually four or five employees at the counter serving food and taking orders."
