"Not sure why the negative comments about the wait staff but I have never had an issue. The waitstaff are friendly and accommodating. The bar can be slow but that is because the bar is always packed - not because they are ignoring their customers. The food is always delicious and above all affordable for a large family. I highly recommend NOVI."
"Probably one of the most unwelcoming restaurants I've been to in a long while. Great food, but we had dinner 8 Fridays in a row, tipped 20%+ every meal and still drinks take forever (bar is 20' away), staff seems annoyed to have you here, bread is hard and stale. Sad."
