The front desk receptionist (hispanic women) was a total b!tch gave me an attitude about how I didnt have any information to pick up the part when my manager at Firestone called in the order and she should have been able to pull up the order. And she had the audacity to tell ME i was having an attitude and to not tell her how to do her job. If shes so miserable she should not work in customer service."

These guys are good if you need the part right away because of their stock but if you can wait on your part, you can find it much cheaper on Ebay. Their parts and Ebay parts are all the same, made in Taiwan so same quality different price."
