"I feel like I threw $40 away. When I tried to eat the pizza. It was not done. Honestly the worst I EVER had. The taste was not the Pizza Hut I was used to. The quality way down. Also ordered pan and got home it was thin."

"I've been waiting for almost 2 hours because they don't have drivers, they use doordash but also, they didn't even request a driver until I called. I'm pretty sure my food will be cold since now I have to wait another 30 mins and when I called the guy if i can get something for waiting so long, he just put me on hold lol I actually love Pizza Hut but this branch needs to work on their customer service skills."

"The quality of pizza at this location is terrible, it does not have the same pizza hut taste. the pizza is worse than worst pizza, THIS BRANCH NEEDS TO IMPROVE QUALITY IF THEY'RE BRANDOING THE PIZZA UNDER PIZZA HUT. IF YOU'RE NOT GOING TO DELIVER THE SAME QUALITY ITS BETTER YOU FIND ANOTHER NAME. THIS PIZZA TASTE ABSOLUTELY NOTHING LIKE PIZZA HUT. IT TOOK ME THREE BUYS DIFFERENT DAYS AND HOUR BEFORE I DECIDED TO SAY SOMETHING."

"Ordered through the app 25 min ahead. They mark on the app that the order is ready, Showed to pick up my order just for them to tell me that my order is not ready that it needs another 20 min wait. What makes me upset is why would they mark that my order is ready and when I come to pick up is another 20 min wait come on don’t be marking something ready when is not they should mark it once is really finished."

"I haven't been to a pizza hut in years. This one opened up not to long ago couple of blocks away from me. Pretty busy spot it's only pick up few seats to sit if you ordered on the spot. I rather use the app why wait unless you dont mind waiting. The staff were quick and nice especially the guy running it was pretty polite. I got a large pie with chicken onions and peppers it was pretty good."
