"The worst customer service in this particular location. Can’t believe it’s in Manhasset. There is no customer in the store but Gwen didn’t want help us for exchange. When we asked her about similar materials to buy, she said we can buy the similar clothes next store . Wow, how lazy she is~ tell the customer to go the other brand and didn’t try to sell anything from Boss. I can’t understand why. Gwen told us to go Roosevelt field mall Boss so many times. It’s very inconvenient to go the other location but Thanks for that. We enjoyed our shopping In Roosevelt field BOSS, everyone was very helpful and nice."

"I just picked up my pants after the tailor shortened them, tried them on, one leg is half way up my ankle, looks horrible. The manager Christion Jimenez, and sales person Mandel, wont correct the problem, trying to tell me that my one leg is shorter than the other. This is hilarious, I thought Boss was a reputable brand, especially in The Americana Store. Keep away from this store, People are rude and horrible......"

"We always use Mendel at Hugo Boss, Manhasset. We LOVE him! He was able to find us suits on sale for our groomsmen for our wedding day. For the Groom he went out of his way to make sure everything was absolutely tailored to perfection before the big day and that he was happy. Hugo has the most amazing quality suits and best selection. Thank you Mendel!"

"Staff did not seem very friendly. I guess you have to wear a suit to enter this store in order to get a good customer service. I had a gift card to spend and asked for help on choosing a wallet and a staff there asked me to comeback after 10 minutes because price tag was missing. I wanted to buy other things but staff kept saying go visit Roosevelt field mall because they have more variety of what I was looking for. I really liked this full sleeves shirt there, but didn’t even feel like asking for a fitting room. I am never visiting this location ever again."
