"Just know if your food drops on the floor in container or not they're going to try and talk you into taking it. They need to teach them infection control. The manager is nice and solved the situation but it shouldn't have taken her to step in to rectify the ordeal. The subordinates need to re-educated and have better customer service."

"The one manager is a sweetheart and you can tell she values her job. Employees are cool and willing to help. As for the atmosphere, depending on yhe time of day, can be horrible; flooded with arrogant kids and teens with no supervison."

"McDonalds is always a good stand by when yo want a snack but I don't like those self service terminals. You need to search to find what you want. For the price you pay they should even use them."

"This location in Bayonne leaves something to be desired. Although some staff members I've dealt with are pleasant, the overall service lacks harmonious coordination. At times customers are left standing in line without a cashier present. I waited over 20 min for a cup of coffee, which probably would've been longer had I not asked about my order."

"While the remodeling made the place visually-pleasing, the service has not been bettered in any way. Every other time I go through the drive-thru, there is an issue with my order. The workers seem to have this mentality where any disagreement on what was ordered is automatically the customer's fault and they don't do anything to figure something out. The wait times can also be egregious if they make you pull up to the second window. Would definitely recommend surveying your options before choosing here."
