"Nice hike. I came from the north side. I took the cascade trail up. It was pretty good. A couple of spots were narrow path cliff sides. I would not suggest the lady slipper trail. I took lady slipper on my way back down. It was very rocky and rooty. I was also a step incline/decline. The trails were very clean and looked like maintenance was trying to keep them up. Lady slipper trail was a bit overgrown causing a narrow path. All in all a great experience. Will definitely be coming again. Great views."

"A nice strenuous mile hike or so from Lone Oak trail head on Dry Creek Rd. Picnic table and bench with great views of Unaka Mountain. Went looking for Timber Rattlers as family has seen them in the area of Tip Top lately but found none. So probably good news for many! :)"

"Nice trail. Great 360 degree views. Picnic table and bench available to rest, have lunch and take in the scenery. Plenty of trees to hang a hammock and relax as well."
