"I went in Burlington this morning to make a return and I greeted the cashier good morning I’m here for a return. In return she said in a very nasty tone “ I’m busy so you have to wait” so then the manager walked up and I explained myself again what I’m there for and the manager said “well she’s busy and you have to wait” I was mortified, there’s no quality customer service. I thought customers come first. And then the cashier proceeded to ring up the managers items that she was purchasing. I will never go back! Disgusting attitudes and poor customer service. I will take my hard earned money elsewhere."
"I visited the store on a weekday, and it was not busy. The staff was attentive, starting with the security guard. I found good deals from the home and deco area, but I was surprised that the bag and shoe area was kind of empty. I will definitely come back to visit this store."
