"Called Tom schedule appointment and it said 30 mins then no answer 3 hrs later I had to call and then they said it was my fault as I choose a time they don't take people ( but it is.avail as a choice online). I asked ok can I get tomorrow and they said they would to look at the calendar and they recommended I just come in and wait . I explain I have a 1 hr lunch so I can't drive there and wait . "Yes I was very very happy with the service I called on the Thursday December 8th and made appointment for brakes oil change and inspection Chris from the shop called me that afternoon to confirm and ask me the things I need to be done. I had an appointment for 2:30 to 3:00 I got there about 2:30 a little after and they were waiting for me the shop is very clean the lounge area is very comfortable they have a TV you can watch while you waiting and Chris was very courteous and concern on what she needs were I definitely will always go back there it's a great shop I like the mechanics and I recommend the shop to anybody that I know."
