"I walked in and someone was asleep on one of the tables. He was asked to leave and he did but no one cleaned the table which he drooled on. So, I asked someone to clean the table. She was very nasty. She walked and said which table I pointed it out. She said well what's wrong with it. I said someone drooled on it. She squirted the table once and walked away complaining because she had to wipe the table. It's quite evident they don't clean the tables after customers. Never eating there."

"Young Lady had to double check my bill, that was obtained by my bank. She checked it herself then walked off to have someone else inspect it which was unnecessary, I kindly asked for my money back and left. If they are that concerned buy a machine, it’s a shame you have inspect dollar bills all the way up to $20."

"Beautiful coffee shop! Very up to date! Very nice and quick service! The shop is neat and they are constantly cleaning so you'll always have a table you can sit by! Good drive-thru."

"Unbelievable how much attitude the manager has.gross never visit this establishment,they dont care about the customers or their experience, and with the prices DD charge I expect some sort of professionalism but there was none had to go inside,watch & coach them thru making the iced coffee less ice and almond milk shouldn’t be an impossible task after 2 tries and much attitude from the manager i ended up tossing the whole drink!DD needs to retrain these representatives!!! NEVER GO HERE!!!!!!"

"The place is made some improvements when it comes to seating. Wherever there's definitely room for more chairs and tables. My biggest concern with this place is that there are far too many unattended teenagers taking up space should be available for paying customers. Can someone please explain to me why they are allowed to sit there and not make a purchase? The donut display under a glass case looks very nice. It's a big improvement over the old method of storing the donuts which allowed for flies to land on them. The restroom needs toilet paper and soap. I'm not really happy that there's only one unisex restroom now. The other restroom I guess is reserved for the employees. However, it's better than no restroom at all."
