Vivi Bubble Tea

"I dont really do much reviews but this time it feels like i really need to leave a review. They took forever to ask what we wanted and they were rushing me while they were taking my order and didn't even ask what size and how much sugar we wanted. They made it both medium size drink with 50% sugar so we complained that it didn't taste like anything they said "we cant do anything its already made" (they didnt even seal the lid when I was telling the woman, all they needed to do is add alittle more sugar) for me thats the worst service u can give a customer btw we were the only customers so I dont see why is it hard to fix what they messed up on. Not to mention the drink wasn't even cold, it was luke warm. I DONT RECOMMEND going here!"

"I’ve wanted to try bubble tea forever , I finally got the chance today while walking around the mall. The man working there was very friendly and offered suggestions since it was my first time. I got the taro drink and it wasn’t too sweet, it was a good introduction to bubble teas. I will try the next flavor soon"

"Yesterday tried the vivi bubble tea location at The Mills at Jersey Garden in Elizabeth. The milk teas are okay and this place is an okay place to get bubble tea at this mall."

"I always prefer to have Bubble tea, whenever I visit Jersey Garden. Today have visited the place the guy was new and we ask for bubble tea without ice. He deliberately kept ice even though we paid for without ice. Also it was testing like water no flavor at all. When we asked him why it test like this he was like "I don't know, you guys can throw it." Super rude. Very disappointed."
