"I ordered pizza from this place and received it cold and burnt. when i called to speak to a manager about it I was given an attitude followed by him telling me it wasn't there pizza after sending them a picture of there burnt pizza. He said he would get back to me yet I'm still waiting to hear from him. VERY RUDE and unprofessional"
"They mess up your delivery order on purpose so you don’t have to call them again to deliver. Look at the wings, they drained it in BBQ sauce on purpose. They don’t normally put excessive amount of sauce on it. That was too much and uncalled for."
"I’ve ordered from this location in the past and I’ve never had any issues until today. I ordered their new Crispy Parm Pizza and 8 piece honey chipotle wings. The wings arrived to my house BURNT! I called customer service and they suggested that I call the store directly, which I did. The guy who answered the phone had a nasty attitude and said that’s how the wings are made and said he could replace the wings for me. I said that I wanted a refund for the wings and he said that he couldn’t give me a refund. I’m never ordering from this location again."
