Just Salad

"The service was great. Hearing about just a salad place, I was a bit skeptical at first. However, the food look and tasted great. Their PB Protein smoothie was excellent. Gabby was the employee that helped us and she was amazing!"

"Alissa was an amazing support to my dietary needs. When I go out to eat it's hard to know what the sodium intake is. Alissa walked em through the salad with the least sodium content. I cannot thank you enough for having such valuable staff available to assist! I was extremely satisfied with the service of the entire staff on board today! Absolutely amazing!"

"*UPDATE* - Would like to just point out that the "Response from the owner" went no where. I e-mailed, received a response asking how I would like to be contacted for follow-up. I said E-Mail is fine. Then never heard anything back. So much for good customer service!!! Original Review: Been here 3 times, and I feel like each time, I have some kind of issue. I think this is 3 strikes, you're out. 1st visit - I went to order at the counter and wanted to do a Build Your Own Warm Bowl. When I said this to the employee helping me, he looked so confused and just said I could build a salad bowl. Why have the option on the menu if I can't do it? Do your employees know that "Just Salad" does not just have salad on the menu? I just went with it and build a salad instead. 2nd visit - I ordered on the mobile app, asked to remove some items. When I opened my bowl, the items I asked to be removed were still there. Fine. I just went with it. The food was pretty good. 3rd visit - Was just there tonight (7/2/23). I ordered on the mobile app for a 6PM pick up. I arrived a little before 6 and it was chaos in there. Only 3 people behind the counter, one girl was working on the mobile orders only. The amount of orders they had were insane. I attached a picture of the orders just piling in. People standing around waiting for their orders. While my husband was waiting for our food, I think I killed about 6 gnats by my table. Doesn't look good if you have bugs flying around either. We didn't get our food until just before 6:30. When we got it, my warm bowl was not warm. The rice was cold, the chicken was slightly warm, and the corn was ice cold. I ate what I could, but I felt like it was a waste of money. Not sure if I'll be coming back to this place after today. I feel like I can't trust the service or that my food will be made properly. Hire more employees so they can handle the influx and make sure the food is made right."

"the portions are small. i’m still hungry, which is disappointing. they also charged me extra for quinoa but there was no quinoa in the bowl. they confirmed it was “extra” and i said sure. they made sure it was added to the tab. it was also marketed as a warm bowl but there was nothing warm about the bowl. i had heard good things so i came by but the wait (even though the line was short) was long - i was in there for 25 minutes for one salad and one warm bowl. the people working seemed very nice but looked like it was chaos behind the counter. it is not well oiled and there’s a lot of confusion, yelling (hard to hear) and lots of waiting. it was definitely not worth the $30 for a salad, and a cold bowl with quinoa that i was charged for but did not get. i would still consider coming back here to see if improves next visit.. the food was tasty though and it’s nice to have a quick lunch spot like this in town so i do hope it gets better. will def review again (hopefully with more stars) next time."

"I went on February 9 2023. It was hard to tell who had ordered already and who was waiting on their food. They need like a divider or something. Dining room was a bit dirty. Staff seemed overwhelmed and definitely need more training. Food was tasty but not worthwhile. Had the Buffalo chicken salad with a side of their spicy avocado dressing. Overall just very average all around. Wouldn’t go out of my way to go back like I did on this day, but I wanted to see what all of the hype was about."
