"I have several blazers of Italian top brands and their sleeves are too long. I tried several tailor stores in Great Neck and nearby and was told that the work was too complicated for them to handle the job, and also that it was too time-consuming. Finally I came to Cici. She welcomed by with her warm attitude, carefully measured my size and discussed in detail of what I wanted to achieve in the alternations. She then took some time to think of how it could be done, and then called again to discuss how to best get the job done. I was greatly impressed by her professionalism and her attention to the details and to clients' needs. The alternations of 4 blazers and 1 dress were completed and returned to me exactly how I wanted them to be done. And all within a couple of days, much faster than the typical tailor store! And the quality of service was second to none! As much as I would like to cherish this "treasure" to myself for my future alternation needs, I cannot stop but to highly recommend her to everyone who has alternations and tailoring needs.
