Papa Johns Pizza

"Made an online order, got two pizzas, I bit into one and there was a broken piece in of a nail/screw. My boyfriend called the store to inform them and they offered a new pizza. (they asked for the pizza back but we ate majority of it & I didn’t know the nail was in there until i ate it) They picked up the leftover pizza and we put the nail in the same box. The person who picked it up was very nonchalant about it, like he didn’t care. Later on they called back accusing my boyfriend of lying & became very disrespectful. Obviously the nail was small enough for me to not see it before biting into the pizza, so I wouldn’t be surprised if they couldn’t find it. But it was very unnecessary to raise their voice and fully accuse us of lying."

"Guy that was taking my order was the same guy who received my payment; touched money and went to make the pizza with his bare hands. When I asked if he didn’t wash his hands or wear gloves he got defensive. He suddenly offered if I want my money back and I surely agreed."

"This has to be the worst papa Johns with the worst customer service . I really hope one day they mess with the wrong person and learn their lesson .I received a undercooked pizza and when I tried to complain I was mocked by a rude manager .Like I have been eating Papa Johns for about 21 years and never have I ever received a raw pizza . He was lecturing me how engineers have set the temperature and they know better. Seriously the nerves on this manager is something else .Simple apology would've been okay but that attitude was not necessary.Please learn to respect customers ."

"Never ordering from here again , bad enough the delivery driver came with the wrong order then had the nerve to ask what did i order. He came back 5mins later w these donuts i ate one before i notice one was cut into or bitten into (not my doing). & my pizza barely had pepperoni or bacon on it. Glad i didn't tip. You guys are the worst."
