Dunkin'

"Went in for a dozen donuts and iced coffee. Attendant just wanted to give me any 12 donuts. I asked her can't I choose what I want? She long rolled her eyes, looked at her coworker then let me choose. I mean really I was paying she wasn't treating me."

"My recent visit to this Dunkin left me incredibly disappointed. The unprofessional behavior of the staff and manager overshadowed the entire experience. Despite only a few customers ahead of me, I waited an unreasonable amount of time for my order to be taken. The staff seemed more focused on talking and gossiping amongst themselves than attending to customers. When I politely pointed out the errors in my order, the staff seemed frustrated and made only minimal effort to correct them. Throughout my interaction, the staff displayed a complete lack of warmth and attentiveness. From curt responses to dismissive shrugs, their demeanour felt unwelcoming and unprofessional. When I brought these issues to the attention of the manager, he didn't seem concerned and offering no apology or attempt to rectify the situation."

"This place vastly improved after they banned Helen "The Magic" Johnson from coming here. She was always waving her stick around and being a nuisance. Now I can confidently say that this is the best Dunkin on Staten Island: don't even THINK of going to the one at Forest and Broadway (pond swill). This place has the best treats and the best service: I had been suffering under a terrible hex for the past fortnight that was trying to teach me a lesson about friendship, but eating some of these scrumptious treats (CHOCOLATE glazed, thank you) seem to have cured me completely. Come for the coffee that could raise the dead, stay for the mysterious Greek woman who always seems to appear around sundown."

"The stench hits you like a truck, when you open the door. That was the first red flag. They've obviously never cleaned this place or aired it out. I kept the order simple cause I was in a hurry. A wake up wrap & small tea. Horrible customer service too. When I got back to my car, I saw that there was dirt on the wrap & when I took the lid off my tea, the water was filthy & there was dirt & grass in the tea. Threw it all out. No respect for themselves or their customers. This place is a health hazard. Mgmt should be replaced."

"We were at the laundromat and wanted something quick to eat, so we stop by this Dunkin’ Donuts and order a bacon and egg bagel and a bacon and egg croissant. 1. The bagel was RAW, they did not let that bagel cook properly 2. The croissant was burnt to the ground with black charred top and side 3. Just look at the pictures This Dunkin’ Donuts will have you with stomach pains and possible death. They should be shut down. As per hubby the coffee taste like it’s been sitting in the pot since 3 days ago."
