"As of today, Luis came for a stove service repair on an LG brand, 11/15/23. After dismantling my stove, I was told I needed an additional part that was not broken before it was disassembled. He supposedly was ordering it for a next day install. It is now 4 days later. I asked for a refund, which was promised by Luis. But so far this business is appearing to be dishonest and lack repair ability. I will give 2 more days before I post again about more details, or if this is a company that should be reported to BBB. Beware!!!"
