"Dont come to this branch in particular , not only the wait time was super long , they got the order wrong , and missing items , i placed a mobile order and they still managed to mess up the order , i selected mchicken no mayo and they put mayo on it and they didnt even put my nuggets they stole my money in other words , this branch is a joke"

The lady from the drive through was high, she took my order and then when I get to the window she says nobody took my order to go around because they are busy. "I just ordered my meal for delivery through Uber. I’m not one to make reviews but I think in this circumstance is warranted. I ordered a number one value meal and I have to say who ever made my big Mac definitely did it out of love that thing was so perfectly stocked, the buns, everything I look good enough for a picture sorry I ate the burger already but trust me it was beautiful.. I know it’s just fast food but it’s really nice to know that the people that work there care about the customer service. Great job."

"Ordered food using McDonald’s app, at pick up from restaurant the QR code & number due to glitch in app don’t show up. So I showed the manager the charge on the banking app and she refused to complete my order. I called customer service who stated they would contact the manager for this location. Still have not heard from McDonald’s at 803 Forest Avenue nor McDonald’s customer service office. I want my $9.78 refunded to me McDonald’s!!! Have you sunk so low as to using scam methods to get money???"
