"Took them 10 mins to make a cappuccino while I was the only one in store besides a couple . I ordered a med cappuccino, they gave me a small. And I wasn't gonna wait anther 10 for another. Ridiculous"
"A spacious, clean store. The barista strictly followed cleanliness and safety procedures, which is amazing. In Starbucks, you can often see people touching the cup and twisting it around, even picking it up to look for the name on the cup. I mistakenly picked up a coffee cup that wasn’t mine for 2 seconds. The barista showed disappointment on her face and said that she would have to throw the coffee away and make a new one. I felt a bit bad and upset, but overall, I appreciate her principles."
"If I can get this restaurant is zero I would so I am a black female and my husband is Asian I’ve placed two orders in the past 48 hours adding up to the total of almost $100 yesterday I asked my husband to go get the food and he came in and he had a bag everything went fine so today I decided to go and pick up the food instead immediately when I entered it was a rude atmosphere it was about three to four customers in there of which two of them look like they were together. I saw food on the counter and considering the fact that I know that I ordered half a dozen donuts I assume that the order on the counter was mine so I approached the counter open my phone to show the receipt on my phone and my name which is in bold I’ll tell the lady when she finally comes to me after two minutes of just ignoring me my name ask her if this is my order and she just walked off. So now I have to ask again skews me is this my order she says what is your name I repeat my name again and then she just walked off again so then I ask another lady and she says yes that’s the order for that person let me see and she looks at my phone again and then walks off now there were three bags and half a dozen donuts I can see In front of me over 15 bags with handles open so I asked her mama have a bag with a handle she tells me no she says that they are $1.09. So I immediately felt like this was just racism because my husband is Asian and I’m black and yesterday when he came in they gave him a bag and it was no issue and I brought that up to her and she said I told your husband yesterday and we’re not supposed to do that but again said you still did it and you didn’t know that that was my husband yesterday you didn’t even know that this was the same person ordering you just immediately again told me no no no no no and then when I brought up the fact that you gave it to my husband who is Asian but refusing to give it to me a person who is black it sounds like you’re being racist. So I have to struggle out of the store with all of these bags are then stated to her that I won’t be coming back and she said fine as if she did not care and considering the fact that I’ve spent almost $100 in the past two days and I live in the area you would think that you wouldn’t want to lose a customer that lives down the block from you but they clearly don’t care so my opinion if you’re a black female or a black male do not go there to order they’re gonna treat you like trash it doesn’t matter how much you order there’s still gonna be disrespectful and then when I got home to add insult to injury the donuts weren’t even correct I ordered a chocolate donut with sprinkles and they just gave me two plain chocolate donuts and didn’t even tell me. so, if you order from here, expect attitude expect to carry your bags in your hand and struggle, no matter how much you order expect for your food to be left on the counter where anyone can snatch it at any moment and any time even if you do a pick up order and unless you’re doing a delivery order, you will not get a bag with a handle I just worked a 12 hour shift. No one wants to deal with ignorance racism and mean girl attitude at seven in the morning. I will not be going back to this franchise ever again, and one thing that I’ve noticed being a black female all of the Dunkin’ Donuts that are owned by people like this have been extremely racist of people of color so I would avoid the Dunkin’ Donuts at the Staten Island ferry. I would avoid the Dunkin’ Donuts in the Fulton Street train station, and I would also avoid the Dunkin’ Donuts at this location. If you are a black person, they will not treat you right and they have done this to multiple people of color."
