"Please train your employees properly. I spent 5 minutes looking through my credit card transactions to see which one I used to make a purchase for a return, because apparently all of a sudden a card was needed to get the refund, but was never needed the other 1000 times I came in here. Only for her to complete the return before I even insert the card in the reader and say oh, I don’t know what happened, when I asked how come the receipt is printed and I didn’t even put the card in. I was also presented with confusion when asked to exchange something that’s usually done regardless of availability online or in store for the same price."

"Mara was very professional dealing with a bad situation and still keeping a smile. She deserves recognition for amazing customer service. Even for my order I had to pick up she remained calm when it couldn’t be found and took the time to find it."

"Did not have the best experience here. I went to return 4 items purchase online. I had the receipt clothing still in package. When i went i check the return receipt the cashier scanned and return the wrong items. Thankfully i dont live far so i went back to the store and the cashier gave me a hard time even though the items i return was still on the counter. I had to request a manager. Thankfully the manager saw the cashier error and told her to refund me the difference. The cashier didnt know how to refund me the difference took me an extra 15 minutes and she still couldnt figure it out. She just gave me the difference in cash when i wanted it back on my credit card."
