"I Really Hate This Company I Really wish I read my contract before I signed the papers . They sent repo man to repo my car after telling me to show proof of insurance. After emailing them My Insurance ID card they still had a repo man come repo my car later that day while I was at work . To come out on my break & see my car gone really upset me even after I sent the documents that they needed when they asked. I still have to pay a Ridiculous Repo Fee of $450 & $200 just to come & pick my car up .. this didn’t have nothing to do with car payments , I been on time since I got the vehicle.. for them to put me threw so much to get access back to the vehicle I was making payments on & are fully insured on this company is really not worth it .. Bernard & Alecia at Ride Now Motors are scammers & they only tell you things to get over on you … Alecia have threatened me numerous of times & upset that I ask questions regarding my contract .. she wouldn’t send me a copy of my contract & she hangs up every time I call I really hate this place & would love to go out my way to make these people feel my pain"

"Don't buy a car from these people. They will find every lil reason to have your car repossessed. Luckily I got the last laugh, bc I'm glad they took the vehicle. It's not worth the stress. Days later, I found another vehicle. PAID OFF, title in hand , and it's all mine. DO NOT BUY FROM RIDE NOW MOTORS/CREDIT FINANCIAL GROUP. They are predatory to say the least. Denise Alhoush is the WORST"

"I have NEVER had a finance group that calls non-stop and pushes repossessions on you when you just owe one payment as well as telling you how you need to do your car insurance as well. Even under medical situations they don’t care and still are rude even when you try to talk and cut you off. I wouldn’t recommend these people to a ghost if I saw one. This place needs to be investigated in how do they do business and right up their contracts for clients."

"Big Warning!!! Don’t ever purchase a car from this company !!!! They are not understanding no matter if you communicate!!! They’re very sneaky & try to humiliate people. Everybody gets in a bad situation, but these people don’t care & will still repo your car before 10 days !!!! Also don’t let your insurance go out they will TAKE your car just to make money ! No real dealership will ever do these kinds on thing !!! It’s sad when small companies take advantage of people like this. Repo will literally STALK you all day, very rude, office have no remorse for people situation!!! Don’t no get a car from ride now motors or any side car lot that deals with this company."

"I was happy to have paid my car off that I had for 4 years so I ended up getting another car through the same company. Although I’ve been a little late I was never late to the fact where my car would be towed and I appreciate Maria for helping me as much as she could. My insurance lapsed and I was struggling to get active insurance due to a situation that was out of my control. I then was not able to make any payments because of my insurance situation and I begged and pleaded with Denise to help as I’m always homeless and going through hardship with two small kids and needed transportation. Fast forward to when the repo guy came, after passing the deadline to have insurance Denise assured me that I had to show the tow guy proof of insurance (which I had and is now canceled again) and show proof of payment in order for him to drop the car. Denise argued with me and told me she never said that, which that conversation was recorded, and kept hanging up on me. She talked down on my struggles and gaslit me the whole conversation as if she was better than me. The tow guy witnessed this and felt for my situation and gave me some great advice on how to move forward. Denise has no compassion and feels too privileged as if she can’t be in my shoes next. It seems as if she’s been an issue due to the other reviews. I suffer from anxiety and depression disorder there’s a way you have to speak to me and handle things because I have been through the most that you can imagine and I often feel as I’m just losing myself in the worst way! I wouldn’t want someone like that representing my company AT ALL! If you lease here you wanna make sure your life is perfect like Denise or you’ll be treated as if you’re not human."
