"Woman cashier yelled at me for claiming my free emergency pizza accusing me of using an invalid coupon and refused to look at my VALID coupon. I tried explaining to her nicely but she made up her mind and continued to yell at me telling me she put a ban on my account."

"they keep cancelling my online order because I'm using an online coupon and getting it so cheap. I ordered 2 times and they keep cancelling it. Not worth it, don't order from here. DRIVE 5 MINS DOWN AND GO TO CHICK N DRIP. MUCH BETTER"

"Horrible service I called about an order. They said it was never placed. I received a screenshot from my friend who placed the order for me, and it was placed, and it said that it was delivered and it wasn’t and then called back the place and they were purposely hanging up on me And I know this because right after I called from a Different phone, And then she decides to pick up it is a woman with a middle eastern/Indian accent. I’m assuming she’s the manager and I was not rude at all so I wouldn’t understand why they couldn’t help me out with this simple question. But instead pick up the phone and hang up, lucky I love God, because the old me would’ve done walk over there and risk it all. I don’t think anyone should deal with such rudeness."

"The worst customer service. I called to inquire about my order after 40 minutes of it being placed and no progress on the order. When i called and asked about the status, the woman rudely told me "whatever, all orders are waiting an hour and a half". I waited over an hour and a half and called back to cancel the order, the same woman answered and said it will be ready in a half hour....seriously? Over 2 hours for For pizza and breadsticks? I told her i still wanted to cancel, she said ok and hung up immediately...no sorry for the inconvenience or any consideration for the customer."

"Horrible taste & even worse service! I ordered handmade pan pacific veggie which had no marinara sauce on it. I called to make a correction. The woman who answered phone said she made it, and with frustrated voice, she said bring it to the store. She will first check it and make a new pizza afterward while I wait in the store. Lack of sorry, full of attitude, frustrated voice is what’s going on in this store. I am throwing this garbage away. It was such a waste time. I wish people read this review and avoid unnecessary experience I faced this afternoon."
