"Not like it used to be. The cafe area was very dirty, most popular drinks were out, ice in only one machine. Prices are really not that good, if you consider buying online. The staff at the membership desk, was completely lost. We signed up for the plus membership after the girl kept insisting it was such a deal, and you get a 25 dollar gift card to offset the higher cost. When we checked out the card had .03 cents on it and then the arguing began. My wife did the classic, let me speak to your manager. It was not pretty."
