"I read the previous review and I saw they received a response from someone in position to either say or do something. I was about to call 311 to make a complaint but I saw this so I’ll try this first and by the way my son has called corporate as well as spoken to several different agents and managers at the Aaron’s store on Liberty Ave in South Richmond Queens. My son & daughter-in-law are repeat customers of Aaron’s and never had a experience like this where absolutely nothing has been done to rectify or/resolve the issue where they have ordered as well as paid for furniture that is a need not a want yetI they have not received the order. Now I am speaking on behalf of my son and daughter in law because they feel most if not all other resolutions have been exhausted. I on the other hand will reach out until my voice is heard so if I have to go to social media,the mayors office, the BBB. then so be it but the fact that my son spoke to someone at corporate and they said they would return the call but never did leaves a nasty taste in my mouth. My sword which is my pen is sharp and I know how to write and write well so that whoever reads this I hope truly understands that the professional conduct that was displayed over the past few calls were that of a group of disloyal,disrespectful immature, inconsiderate ,non caring individuals that either need to be retrained in the classroom of life or maybe look for another line of business because there is absolutely no justification for the behavior that was displayed over a issue that could no that should have been resolved in a matter of minutes and yet we are here so like the prior review and response I read I truly hope to read a response to this one. Me myself I don’t deal with businesses such as yours after dealing with “Rent-A-Center but it works for my son so hopefully this helps them seek a positive resolution….. "I am highly upset! I was told on last week that my delivery would be on today, I waited around all day long been calling all day long for my delivery every time I called the same person telling me oh I’m still on schedule for today then around 6:30 ish I called they told me oh there’s 4 more stops then they would come to me I spoke to someone who was supposed to call me back to let me know if they were still coming NOBODY NEVER CALLED BACK! I am home all day with my sick 2month old son with RSV! It is very inconvenient and inconsiderate to have someone wait around all day knowing my delivery wasn’t going to made TODAY! It is now 8pm! A little courtesy call would have went a long way vs. not saying anything at all or having me call all damn day!"
"I really don’t know where to start when writing a review for this company I wish I could give it triple zero. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had in my 37 years of doing business with a company. Please do yourself a favor save your time, energy, and your money take care of business other place. There wasn’t one thing that I could give a one star about this company. The staffs are a fraud, unprofessional, and lack of communication skills and very disrespectful I promise you you will have the same bad experience I rarely write reviews, but this needed to be said because trust me the worst experience of my life after waiting weeks for a delivery that never came calling the store to find out information to get hanged up on to wait in the next week to hearing that my order was canceled with no one telling me and updating me about what’s going on missed a whole day of work just to hear that I won’t be receiving any delivery save yourself the headache they need to be shut down"
