"VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. The young guy who works there always make the smoothies EXTREMELY SWEET to the point you can't even drink it. There is NEVER a manager on the premises so basically you can't get a refund or exchange. I went there twice and both times was very bad experiences. I wouldn't recommend anyone to attend this location if your someone who loves smoothies. The worker will tell you he has to call a manager and you'll be waiting almost an hour just to speak to a manager that'll never pick up. You will not receive anything for the money you wasted either. DO NOT ATTEND THIS LOCATION!!"
"This location is terrible. Most of the employees have a bad attitude. A woman with a black bandana and a hat does not provide good customer service at all. No proper greeting, she just stands there like a mute and looks at you. She should be working in the stock room without human interaction."
"The smoothies are delicious but the wait is ridiculous. I made an order online for a certain time and when I got to the location it wasn’t ready. The girl didn’t even start my order yet, she completed the ones in the store first. Also, she seen me standing there and didn’t even ask for the name for the pick up. I waited 15 minutes for an order I ordered. That’s not even the end, when I got home I drank it and there was a lot of spinach at the bottom. If you want a smoothie head to the tropical smoothie on Richmond Ave."
"Couldn’t ask for anything better especially when the summer time is here. Awesome choices. Perfect for the healthy diet and also the fun cravings. The menu is HUGE. You will definitely have something you want. I got the detox smoothie with some added peanut butter! Beyond perfect. Will definitely come again."
