"This is the worst place I've ever taking a car to. The staff isn't helpful. They don't fix your car on site. Get rude when your trying to find out status of your vehicle. And the owner is completely rude and unprofessional. I'll never recommend or bring another vehicle to this establishment. They did terrible work the first time and had to bring it back for proper repairs. By far the worst repair shop I've ever been to in my 30 yrs of driving. You guys sincerely suck. After getting my truck back the second time I find more damage than what it had. Scratches and scuffs on my paint job that wasn't there when I gave them my truck. They literally burned over a quarter tank of gas and gave my car back with the gas light on but told me nobody would be driving my car. They put over 100 miles on my vehicle. The interior was disgusting. Trash and snacks were left inside and a couple items are missing but nobody knows anything. SMH...Ken the owner is so unprofessional he cursed me for calling him to find out what time my truck would be ready and then blocked my phone number and never contacted me about my car. I literally had to have someone call from a different phone number to get info for my own vehicle. I STRONGLY suggest you stay away from this place. The service is bad, the work is worse than bad. As a customer, I've never been treated like this anywhere. Ken, you need a class in professionalism. You and your business are the worst. PEOPLE STAY AWAY. STAY FAR AWAY FROM KEN AUTOMOBILE Oh yeah, they also got a camera speeding ticket in my vehicle, but I was told my car would be towed. HORRIBLE"
