"On Saturday, September 10 I was a customer at the liberty Avenue store when I saw an employee by the name of Savi yelling at an elderly customer for hanging the clothes wrong. The elderly woman hands was shaking. I felt so sorry for her. I couldn’t believe this employee was harassing this elderly woman yelling at her and embarrassing her in front of other customer, this same employee I have witnessed her being nasty to other customers but I never say anything I would just ignore her, but this time it’s breaking my heart to see this elderly woman so afraid of her. This worker have no customer service skills. I hope this elderly woman is doing OK. It was very disturbing. I told the worker (Savi) “ if she can’t handle working with the public then she’s in the wrong business “."

"Dresses and prices are given 5star ratings, but that Indian woman that cashes, I don’t know if she’s the manager or what, but she’s very rude, I don’t know what her problem is, it’s not even 7:15 and came rushing me to leave, talking me that it’s late and they are closed already! I just picked up my dress, checked around until it was 7:28 and went to cash then, cuz according to the store hours listed on the website, they close at 7:30! But the dresses are amazing for the prices and more so they have sizes for almost everyone!"

"Love the dresses and prices. Only store I could find dresses that's appropriate for church.. But why you guys had to closed down the Jamaica Ave location? To go all the way to Liberty Ave by buses is a lot for me. And there is no parking on lib. I really miss the Jamaica location."
