"Terrible customer services. Anthony needs more training in communication skills. I have purchased a bedroom set via email. When speaking with him, he was raising the price inconsistent to the value price found online. He kept talking about taxes, and I got that, but he had a poor tendency of not allowing me to talk. He kept interjecting, and when I asked to be serviced by another representative, he denied me that opportunity. I'm really disappointed with him and the poor training he received. I have to go somewhere else for services to complete the sale. Rent-A-Center needs better oversight to avoid customer dissatisfaction. I had a better experience in Florida."
