"The first cashier's line turned out to be cash only, on which I waited 10mins & could only pay for some of my items. Then I was told to move to the 2nd cashier for a credit card transaction for my other items- I waited for another 12mins there. This was very inconvenient for me. Why did this happened during a "50% off 2nd Item" sale ?"

The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgable; they take the time to remember and work with the customers, while offering advice and sharing good conversations and laughter. The store has a great selection of clothing and accessories, and is always well-stocked. This is also one of the few that has the true range of plus sizes, rather than tending to feature only a certain type. It's always a good experience when one comes in here, regardless of the occasion. Highly recommended."

"Honesty is best policy. I came to the store to return merchandise during a weekend and the manager says she was unable to help me, because it hasn't popped up on the system. So..... she says come during the week and we should be able to help you. I came back during the week and I spoke to a lady other than Alex the manager. She says she is unable to do it because it is an online purchase, mind you she went to her Manger Alex and she unable to help me. The back in forth is frustrating as a customer. This is a draw for me. Sorry Ashley Stewart one customer down."
