"Sisters is great quality for the Jackson Heights neighborhood. They use good ingredients & their base is decent. But JH is severely lacking in good pizza as a whole. Do NOT order through their SLICE App. The pizza takes over an hour to an hour & a half to arrive and is cold. Customer service is awful. I had to call them 3 times & get on their chat twice. They have a no refund policy. We finally got our pizza 2hrs & 20 mins after we ordered and it was brick cold."
"Pizza quality was abysmal. It came soggy. The pizza used to be so much better during Mama Roza’s time. Really disappointed as the quality has come so down."
"Amazing that they now serve vegan cheese! I know numerous people in Jackson Heights who seek non-dairy pizza, and there are few options. Thanks for adding to the menu—my family will be ordering regularly!"
"I decided to try Sisters Pizza. The pizzas taste okay, They were huge slices but nothing about them were a must have. I do have to give a low rating to whomever that girl with the glasses at the register was. And I do mean girl, not woman, as she does not appear to be over the age of 18. I walked in to pick up my order. At first I thought she was having a conversation with her co-worker. But I started speaking and she kept talking while the other worker took care of me. I realized she was having a conversation on her wireless earphones. While I waited for my order, I observed the yapping girl just kept talking and talking, blah blah blah, even when another customer needed assistance. The other worker had to help her with him too. Afterwards she gets up and starts to "clean" the tables. While still blathering away on her airpods. At that point my order was ready and I left. Thank goodness for her that it's only a small business. If this were a corporate business, she most likely would have gotten the pink slip special. I doubt she's worth the NYC minimum wage of $15. More like the Federal wage of $7.25."
"I’m confused because I thought this was mama Rosa pizza but I guess this is the new name? Anyway it’s not bad. Is it the best pizza I’ve ever had in my life? No. But the location is good, the prices are fair."
