"Just had our baby shower here and I can't say enough positive things about the food, service and atmosphere. They are extremely accommodating and helpful throughout the entire process. Food was amazing and a great value. The manager Jay was a pleasure to work with and made sure everything was perfect. Thanks so much!!"

"Piccolo was an overall amazing experience from start to finish. The chicken parm is to die for… we were on a schedule so we didn’t order apps but we finished off with their delicious bread pudding, which was unmatched. I don’t usually take dessert leftovers… this bread pudding was the only exception."

"This is based on two experiences. we went there for dinner (right around the corner from us) and one meal was good but the other was horrible (Pork Chop alla Toomey). I should have sent it back but I didn't. It was a very poorly constructed main dish idea. Second experience...because of medical issues we cannot go to restaurants any longer but on Christmas eve we wanted a nice meal, so we called Piccolo about take out. We called at 4:30 to place an order for 6PM. In a gruff manner we were told "it doesn't work that way". When you place the order we cook it. I said I'd call back at 5:30. When I called back, they said they can no longer take orders. When I complained, they said...we can have the meal ready after 8PM. Horrible experience and customer care."

"I really wanted to love my experience yesterday but it was terrible. I understand that it was New Year’s Eve which could explain delays but the service was horrible. My husband, child, and I arrived first in our area and were the last to be served our entrees. We ordered the short ribs and duck so that should not have been such a wait. I should’ve taken a picture of my duck because it was near burnt. The ribs had no flavor. We couldn’t return it because we had to take our meal to go since we had to wait over an hr and a half to get our entree and we had other plans. The waiters never came to apologize for the wait, didn’t ask us if we wanted something else to drink. To pay, the gentleman at another table had to tell the waiter to come to our table even though I had made 2 attempts with eye contact and hand motion to come over. I am really disappointed. It was my husband’s birthday to top it all off and I wanted to make it special for him and instead it was ruined."
