"Well, WHBM is my favorite store to go. Their staff are always friendly and with very good customer service. This time, I stopped by the store thinking I may find something for my graduation and lady at the front who greeted me was very friendly at the beginning. Long story short, I was not able to find what I was looking for and politely excused myself. Immediately, her face and tone of her voice changed and I felt like I was not welcomed anymore. I felt so uncomfortable leaving the store and knowing that since I did not purchase anything, I would no longer be treated good. Well, I won't be coming back to this store. Very unfortunate, however, would have to look for another favorite store now."

"I am not usually a person who takes the time to write reviews. I stopped into this Atlas Mall BHWM about a week ago. Had some time to kill and was in the mall. What a beautiful store. The displays were very nice and there were many selections. The store was pretty empty, just me and another customer with her husband by the fitting room. There were two employees at the register talking. I was able to browse through all of the racks/displays. I looked at the clearance section and then went back up again to one of the front displays. The whole time I was in the store one woman was telling the other woman how she know the customers and that the other woman will figure it out. The fitting room couple now comes to the register and both employees fuss over them -suggesting what to buy and accessories. AT THIS POINT STILL - NO ONE HAS ACKNOWLEDGED ME. I walked out and will not walk in again."

"The worst customer service at this location. I am referring to the manager, a black woman, kind of chubby, shocked by her rudeness, pushing me out of the store because I asked for the receipt on a return item and refusing to give her name. She will not allow me to shop there because I insisted on my receipt. What huppend, I purchased a pair of vegan leather on line and they were small. I went to the store to return them and I was not giving any proof a return receipt or a name of one of the cashier or manager"

"Only go when there a sale has to be at least 40%-50% on sale iteams . i really think they should open an outlet one like in the poconos .. Yet, there is no brain work to the outfits if you go in the store.everything matches materials and color wise. Colths, belts, bags and shoes. This store lacks traction, yet if you walk in there i0s no guess work. The material and sewing for the amount of money is well worth it and you know it will last threw the year's or generations and good quailty really not around any more. These days you pay high price with no quailty. Walk in check it out. I like more of a punky style and there moto jackets are my fav."
