"I had the most amazing experience shopping with my boyfriend for my birthday gift. From the second we entered the store we were offered excellent customer service from all the staff, but more specifically Romir. Romir was so friendly and helpful, and made my entire experience from start to finish one of the best shopping experiences I’ve ever had!!! He also offered champagne to celebrate my birthday! I honestly have nothing bad to say - I will definitely be back!"
"When I arrived in the store I was promptly greeted by the store manager, Cristina. I was also able to leave my luggage in a convenient spot. Cristina was extremely cordial and even before inquiring about my sale, she asked how my day was going. I ended up buying a pair of earrings and we exchanged a great conversation about the brand, her work with Miu Miu and local restaurants. This location's customer service is top notch as the staff clearly work together to ensure customer needs are met. Unlike other stores along Fifth Avenue, I truly felt seen and heard the moment I walked in. If you are asked to wait, just WAIT! It is worth it."
"We bought a sweater and within 10 days I wanted to return it for some reason, I only tried once. But when I got it to the store and gave it to the clerk, she said it would take care of it and then my sweater went Later, I experienced it and told me that it cannot be refunded because there is a smell on it. After I asked, I didn’t feel any peculiar smell. The white male manager said that it might be the fragrance of your home. Excuse me? ? Is this the return attitude that a luxury brand should have? And the attitude of the white male manager was very bad throughout the whole process. As an Asian, I even felt that he was discriminating against me. I argued with him for a long time, but they still insisted that they can't handle the return for me. Knowing that I said forget it, his attitude immediately changed, and he said thank you for my understanding, but the problem is that I can't understand, I will get it immediately Soho store, the salesperson there refunded me right away. I seriously suspect that the sales of this store have a tendency to discriminate and deliberately make things difficult for performance."
"I've been hunting for a specific jacket that is sold out in my size for the US store. It's still available in my size in Europe. I contacted this store on Monday to see if they could have the jacket transferred from Italy and shipped to me in MA. I was told that I would hear from them by the end of the week (Friday). While the sales associate was polite on the phone, the impression I got was that my request wasn't taken very seriously. She kept bringing up costs, almost like she was trying to tell me I couldn't afford it. There was an implication that the request would be denied, which I thought was incredibly strange. I'm not sure if it's because I haven't bought a lot of Miu Miu before? Either way, I did not hear from them the entire week and did not get a word on Friday. Thankfully, I had a gut feeling that this would probably happen (especially based off of other reviews IRT poor service), so I had a personal shopper in Italy ready to go. I wanted to purchase through the NYC store for more ease, but I don't think I will in the future."
"Prada's less expensive and racier cousin. You still have the fine Italian style and tailoring but for a younger hipper set."
