Reviews of Numero 28 Upper East Side
"Numero 28 boasts the best food with a delightful blend of flavours and impeccable presentation. From appetisers to desserts, each dish showcase a commitment to culinary excellence, making it a must-visit for food enthusiast"
"Great neighborhood spot for sit down pizza. It is Italian pizza and to set expectations the pizza definitely some American flair. I love the flexibility in sizes and toppings so matter how hungry you sre. Overall the pizza, fresh and served piping hot. Salads are yummy too, didn't have room for pasta or dessert. Great pricing and friendly quick service for lunch. While the restaurant wasn't full on a early week lunch day, it nice to sit in an airy and large atmospheres with booth seating. Excellent for groups. We'll be back!!"
"This place is weird. I have been here multiple times for lunch and I find the food to be very good and reasonably priced. However, this place often shuts down unexpectedly, and for some reason, I am unable to get a clear answer regarding their lunch opening hours. Their website states that they open at 5 pm, which is false for lunch. The servers are good, but the overall ambiance is unappealing. The lack of lighting and the presence of dust make the place less inviting. This place is also always empty."
"I was visiting New York and heads great things about this restaurant and I see why. It’s a small dim lite cozy place with a delicious menu. I got a pizza for myself and ate the whole thing it was so good. Our server was kind, bathrooms were clean and you can see the chef making your pizza it’s a fun experience."
"I am not writing this review to tell you what to do with your hard-earned money. I am going to share my thoughts and you make your own decision if you would like to try this place or not. The pizza was okay. Not good but not bad either. Since we had a big pizza, we were able to split it into three different styles. That was good and it’s much appreciated. The staff was friendly, and the place was clean. If I have the opportunity, I will go back again."
