"Poor customer service. I’ve been very brand loyal to wolford over the years. I purchased a satin tight in October and only wore it twice before there was a run - I’ve previously worn and cared for wolfords for 1-2 years with no problem. I came here to buy a replacement and when I shared my experience with the associate she told me multiple times that I need to be careful with them. She also didn’t bother to mention that they were half off which seems like a basic instinct if you’re selling products. Her tone was short with other customers in the store too."

"This rating is not based on staff, which was helpful and nice. This rating is based on the product itself. When I forked over $55 for their popular sheer tights, I expected to get some use out of them. On my wedding day a leg instantly ripped as I was putting them on. The quality is just plain awful. Someone here mentioned that you're better off buying Target ones, and frankly, they're right."

"Very bad customer service , I asked for a specific legging and was given something completely different than what I asked for and only realized when I got home and putting it on ! $200 later for leggings , it wasn’t even packaged like they usually are so I’m thinking she gave me something that she had in stock to get away with a sale. I buy and wear only woolford leggings but I won’t be returning to this store AND it’s not even worth my while to complain to the store because I am sure I will only get attitude"

"The sales associate was so helpful, kind, and polite in assisting me in finding the perfect shade of tights. Very professional and didn’t push me to purchase the most expensive pair. I really appreciate that type of customer service. Small store, but I would highly recommend. Very calm inside and beautifully laid out."
