"This store is not just a rip off— but a total scam. There was a jacket in the window that looked like a piece from Arcana Archive (independent Japanese designer), so I inquired within to see if it was the jacket, but it was just a “dupe”. I tried it on and it was the cheapest, must uncomfortable plastic faux “leather”… and they had the audacity to charge $168?? I’m sorry… the real one is 150… that’s madness. Stealing from a brand and ripping off their design, probably bought off ali express… and then up-charging it as a “dupe” for more money than the real thing? that’s crazy. it’s so sad cause this store has a lot of potential. maybe if they sold the real jacket, even if they charged more than the one from japan, i’d actually buy it. but no. they went the lazy route to sell a fake product that’s stolen from other designers. seriously, don’t shop here. i bet most of the clothes sold here are the exact same. stolen designs for double the price."

"Absolute trash store. After I bought a dress and realized that this store sells awful Chinese clothes on par with shein but for many x the price (I found the same dress on the web for $25 instead of $100 at female form) I went back the next day to get a refund only to be told that they don’t make refunds (it’s written in very small typo under the checkout so I hadn’t seen that). If you like something there, just order it on the internet, don’t buy there."

"Cute items! But they're a bit overpriced. $40-$100 clothing, most of these same pieces can be found elsewhere for half the price. They do have a cute unique bucket hat and tote bag."

"I don’t see a Essex location on google so just dropping this here . I went into the Essex location with my kids for the first time on Mother’s Day just to peek in and left with two beautiful pieces !! The young lady working there was soooo incredibly sweet and kind and helpful . We had great conversation and she spoke so highly of the company and the pieces . I actually told my friends about the place and I’m kind of shocked at all the adorable stuff I was able to find in the store . The jewelry was super cute . Anyway just wanted to take the time to give the staff there a huge shout out and a thank you for being so kind and patient with me and telling me about the business as well. She also spoke with my daughter and included us both in the experience . Top quality customer service and I will definitely be back whenever I have some free time !"

"This place is a complete ripoff, I was drawn in by their trendy clothes and bought two pieces impulsively. They are SO overpriced, Shein quality or worse marked to 100 something per item. Before even wearing the dress I got I noticed a chainstitch on the interior of the dress that is about to go, I doubt either garment will last long at all. They didn’t inform me of their store credit only return policy when purchasing. Go anywhere else! Their whole thing is an entire scam!"
