"I bought 3 items. Wanted to return one item. They did not give me an itemized receipt and no tax charged. No message on receipt that there were no returns, and sign in store that said no returns was hidden by hanging shopping bags. I returned one item. Now they have the item I returned AND my money. When I complained, the “Manager” David said he would credit my account on 12/18/23. No credit applied and no way to contact. Very slimy business practices. Hey Kadu- hope you spend my $98 wisely, I reported you to the NYC DCWP. You might need that money to hire a lawyer. If you are skimming off the top or evading taxes, you will get caught. Next I am contacting the IRS. Good Luck! Also- for anyone wanting to buy anything in their overpriced store, with their “closeout” prices”, look online first under their name brand, Gracia. It’s current merchandise still being sold at Nordstrom Rack, Bloomies and other outlet prices cheaper than their “boutique closeout prices”. And you’ll avoid dealing with these slimeballs!"

"I passed by this store coincidentally when I was in New York, they had sales going up to 50% as they’re closing. My friends and I walked into the store and liked one of the coats they had, my friend asked if the whole store is 50% and the worker answered with a yes. The price tag said that the coat which is from BCBG “old collection” is $395 and we assumed it was 50%. When we went up to the cashier, the cashier said that it was originally 500$ and now it’s going to be $318 but she’d give it up for us for $300 we were like okay we’ll take it. Then, when we went back to the hotel, we realized that it’s $398 for that type of coat from BCBG and we should get 50% based on that price not 500. We went back to the store the day after and told them, A different worker came and said that this coat is 20% off only and that’s why it’s $318. I explained that it wasn’t what we were told the worker rudely replied with “ our clients know our policy and it’s a BCBG coat what do you expect the price to be” I was very shocked by the way she talked to us specially that she talked in arabic when we realized that we’re Arabs and said that I’m doing my job with a very rude tone. I wouldn’t mind paying $300 or above but just don’t play us for fools and underestimate your buyers and client! No wonder they’re closing! Also, I checked the BCBG website they had the same coat in the newer collection and it was in sale for 285!"

"As much as I love to shop in this store...the customer service guy seems to be over friendly and if you don't buy something from the store, you will see 360 degree change of behaviour. This is my third visit..first was wonderful..second okay because I still buy something I love...and third visit I had to pass since nothing really to my liking...and he is not as friendly as the first and second...how sad. Try call the number....you will hear very rudely-friendly and just wanted to hang up rather try to explain question less than a minute!"
