"They won’t pick up the phone!!! I have to cancel the order and they refuse to answer the phone. These guys are insane."

"I ordered 1 thin crust extravaganza minus ham, green peppers and onions and 1 hand tossed extravaganza minus the ham and green peppers. I ordered the pizzas for my client (80yrs old) late birthday lunch and her spouse. Both pizzas were full of jalapenos. I tried contacting the store over and over but was never connected. It kept dropping the call once I got to the part of...let me get someone to help you. I suggested the dominos lunch. They couldn't eat the pizza not with jalapenos. I ordered online nothing in the order mentioned jalapenos. I want a refund."

"multiple problems - no garlic crust - crust in general was super dry too (dough may have been sitting out too long due to nobody ordering from here) - delivery instructions were to bring to my apartment because I was dog sitting and couldn't leave the dog alone. delivery driver said doorman said he wasn't allowed inside (blatant lie since so many delivery guys come through). i told him i can't leave. he tells his lie again so he doesn't have to come up. i go down to meet him, get my pizza. i prayed that the dog would not escape. do not order from this domino's."
