"That estimate is only because the place is filthy. These carpets haven't been cleaned in a long time. The ceiling fans are filthy. The air conditioners that blow air into the room haven't been cleaned in years. If the owner is so concerned with cleanliness, how is he concerned with the quality and purity of the ingredients?
