"Really disappointed in my experience with Gucci at Saks Fifth Avenue in American Dream Mall. I placed an order almost two weeks ago and haven’t received any updates. When I call the Saks location I am unable to reach the Gucci store or a Dept Manager from Saks. I was transferred around the building for 30 mins. Tried calling Gucci customer service, and they were unable to reach anyone at the store, and was only able to offer sending an email to the store- and they would get back to me when they could. Honestly worst experience ever with Gucci. Very surprised at the way I am being treated, and I have yet to receive my package."
